International Airports
Ben Gurion International Airport
TLVIsrael's main international airport, located near Tel Aviv. It handles the vast majority of international flights and is the primary entry point for most travelers. The airport offers modern facilities, efficient immigration processing, and excellent connections to all major Israeli cities.
Ramon International Airport
ETMLocated near Eilat in southern Israel, Ramon Airport serves as an alternative international gateway. It primarily handles flights to and from European destinations and is the closest airport to the Red Sea resort area of Eilat.
Land Border Crossings
Allenby / King Hussein Bridge
The main crossing between Israel and Jordan, located near Jericho. This is the primary route for travelers coming from or going to Amman. It is the only crossing available to Palestinian Authority passport holders.
Taba Border Crossing
Located at the southern tip of Israel, the Taba crossing connects Eilat (Israel) with the Sinai Peninsula (Egypt). It is a popular crossing for tourists visiting both the Red Sea resorts and the Sinai.
Yitzhak Rabin / Wadi Araba Crossing
Also known as the Arava crossing, it connects Eilat (Israel) with Aqaba (Jordan). This crossing is convenient for travelers exploring both the Israeli and Jordanian sides of the Red Sea area.
Sea Ports
Port of Haifa
Israel's largest port, located on the Mediterranean coast in the north. Haifa port regularly receives cruise ships and is a popular stop on Eastern Mediterranean cruise itineraries.
Port of Ashdod
Located south of Tel Aviv on the Mediterranean coast, Ashdod port also serves as a cruise ship terminal. It offers convenient access to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and the southern coastal region.
